Cookies and browser storage
The storefront uses essential local storage in your browser to remember your order bag and preferences. Local storage is similar to cookies but stays on your device rather than being automatically sent with each request. Advertising and analytics cookies are not enabled by this site.

This storage remains until you clear it or change the relevant setting. You can clear site data or block storage in your browser settings. Clearing it will reset your saved bag and preferences. The footer’s Site Storage Settings button reopens the notice.
LinkedIn and the magazine websites are external links. We do not embed their tracking widgets. If you visit an external site or continue to PayFast, that service’s own privacy and cookie rules apply.
Orders and payments
At checkout we request your name, email address, optional telephone number, delivery address, chosen books and acceptance of delivery terms. We use these details to create and manage the order, confirm payment, arrange delivery and respond to order queries. Required details are needed to process your order.
Payments are processed on PayFast’s hosted payment page. This storefront does not collect or store payment card details. Order and payment confirmation records are stored with the website’s hosting and database service, Cloudflare. Delivery information may be shared with the courier used to fulfil your order.
Enquiries and publishing updates
Our publishing, institutional, magazine and update request forms prepare a message in your email app. They do not automatically send or publish it. If you send the message, we receive the details you include and use them to respond to that enquiry. Requesting updates is optional; you can ask us to stop sending them at any time.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, payment, email and delivery providers process information needed to provide their services. Hosting providers may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. Provider systems may operate outside South Africa.
Order records and correspondence are retained for fulfilment, customer support and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Please contact us about a particular record or a deletion request.
Your information
You may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, request deletion where applicable, or object to processing or marketing. Email info@wcccspublishing.store. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing a record.
You can also raise a privacy complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator. This notice will be updated when the website’s data practices change.
